15–20 hours of senior operator time, minimum. That includes weekly leadership sync, async work in your tools, team coaching, and strategic review. If you need more in a given week, we flex up without extra invoicing within reason.

3 months. Real marketing leadership can't prove value in 30 days. After 3 months it's month-to-month with 30-day notice either way.
