Questions we get asked a lot
Yes. This is intentional — it filters for founders who value both their time and mine. It also means we spend the paid hour solving your problem, not negotiating terms.
You'll leave with either (a) a completed deliverable, or (b) a precise next-step plan. If neither happens — and this has never happened — the hour is refunded. No questions.
Yes. A 5-hour pack can be five unrelated sessions on five different problems. Each session gets its own intake and recap.
Single sessions: next available slot, usually 2–5 business days. 5-pack: priority scheduling, typically 48 hours. 10-pack: priority + async Loom reviews between sessions.
Sometimes, if the fit is right. A lot of Fractional and Agent Buildout engagements start as 1-hour sessions. No pressure either way.
