How we handle your information

What we collect

• Project inquiry and contact forms: the details you type, such as your name, email, company, website, phone if you give it, and your answers about the project.
• Free audit tool: the website address and email you submit, and the report we generate for it.
• Hourly consulting purchases: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive the booking details and a confirmation; we do not store card numbers.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure standard page-view and interaction data such as pages visited, device type, approximate location, button and phone-link clicks, and whether a form was successfully submitted. This uses cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send form answers, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is off by default. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting tags, and advertising signals are switched off. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Attribution: the page you arrived from and campaign tags in the address (UTM parameters) when present. A short campaign tag from the address may be kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so a form you submit later can be attributed to it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation and recommend a next step.
• To keep a record of inquiries in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel).
• To send you email about your inquiry or purchase.
• To text you only if you ticked the separate SMS consent box. Submitting a form never turns that on. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• To understand which pages and sources bring useful inquiries.

Who processes it

Service providers that process data on our behalf include our hosting provider, our database provider, our email provider, GoHighLevel for customer records, Stripe for payments, and analytics providers when enabled. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted at any time through the contact form, or by replying to any email we send you. We will confirm when it is done.

AI tools and your content

When we work together on a project, we agree written data rules before any build: which providers handle which kinds of information, what is never entered into an AI tool, and how retention works. Those rules are part of your project documentation.
